Alexandre Aja is a French film writer, director and producer best known for his work in the horror genre and specifically in the US. After HIGH TENSION in 2003, he wrote, produced and directed the following films for US major studios: THE HILLS HAVE EYES, MIRRORS, PIRANHA 3D, HORNS, THE 9TH LIFE OF LOUIS DRAX, CRAWL and most recently OXYGEN. He also produced MANIAC, P2, PYRAMID and THE OTHER SIDE OF THE DOOR.
